Check in: Please check in 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Deposit: $100 per person at time of reservation. Balance due at check-in.

Passenger Weights: In order to calculate aircraft take-off weight and balancing, accurate individual passenger weights are required at time of reservation. If you misstate your weight by more than 10% and this causes us to be unable to accommodate all scheduled passengers, your deposit will not be returned and you will be charged the balance due.

Cancellation: If flight is cancelled by Talkeetna Aero Services, Inc. or Fly Denali, Inc. and you are unable to reschedule, your deposit will be returned and you will not be charged the balance due. If you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours prior to scheduled departure, you will be charged a $10 per party credit card administration fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 72 hours prior to scheduled departure, your deposit will not be returned. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to scheduled departure, or you do not arrive in time for your scheduled departure, your deposit will not be returned and you will be charged the balance due.

Denali National Park Day Trips: 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to scheduled departure. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to scheduled departure, you will be charged a $25 per person cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation 30 to 14 days prior to scheduled departure, your deposit will not be returned. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to scheduled departure or you do not arrive in time for your scheduled departure, your payment will not be returned.
